Pam was very knowledgeable and helpful with exploring options of removing our existing ventless fireplace and installing a direct vent unit. The showroom was well played out with a wide range of sizes and options. They are only open on weekday business hours so it took us a while to coordinate schedules. We’re excited to see what she’ll be putting together for us.
